 Sometimes we need a little help getting all the minerals and vitamins we need.



Young Living has amazing clean supplements but what really sets them apart, and what makes them work so much better, is that they are infused with essential oils. If a supplement is created to work with a certain area of the body, it has essential oils infused that also helps with that function. It is the first company to do so and sets the standards for the rest to follow.

YOU CAN NOT OUT SUPPLEMENT A BAD DIET!!

 

The best supplement you can ever take is eating whole real organic food.  The first thing you should look at is your diet, remove the processed foods, reduce your sugar, increase your water and fibre, start removing the toxins you are exposed to & eating as organic as you can afford to.

The dirty dozen is a list of the foods that use the most sprays and toxins and the Clean 15 is a list of the foods that use the least amount of toxins etc.




Take care of Yourself

It would be nice to believe that is all that we need, however it is hard to get all the minerals and vitamins that we need even from locally grown organic food.  You may need to supplement from time to time or to help your body heal and balance.  I have gotten amazing results from using some basic Young Living supplements.  The routine I used is often called the Table of Health or Core 4 supplements, they are very basic supplements that would benefit almost anyone.
